Garde Systems was founded in 2007 by Wayne Guerra and Lincoln
Gup. Wayne Guerra is a practicing emergency medicine physician as
well as Vice President of Operations of Serio Physician Management
LLC. Lincoln Gup has 15 years experience driving revenue in the
high-tech industry through the collaborative leadership of product
development efforts. Both principals received their MBAs from the
